Production Associate

Analyzer Production Department

Position Description:

We are a well-established market leader in the immune monitoring field seeking a skilled Production Associate to join our expanding Analyzer Production Department. The Production Associate will support the needs of our instrument manufacturing as assigned by Production Management.

You will be responsible for:

• Participating in the assembly and construction of our instruments
• Assisting with the preparation of sub-assemblies for instrumentation as needed
• Quality Control: performing inspections, checking installations of software on instruments, performing qualifications, performing in-process inspections and documenting results, while championing efforts to comply with all safety, quality and operational documentation requirements and best practices
• Packing and shipping of instrumentation according to provided checklists
• Performing miscellaneous assignments as needed by Production Management and team

Position Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Experience with surface mount technology soldering, reflow ovens, pick and place soldering
• Extensive knowledge of manufacturing practices and standard operating tools, machines and equipment
• Very good eye for detail to ensure products meet/exceed all CTL standards of excellence
