• Software releases are preceded by intensive testing
• Application of complex test systems supporting
• User level tests
• System Integration tests (automated and manual)
• Functional tests (automated and manual)
• Unit tests (automated)
• All modifications requests are recorded and tested with documentation
• All code changes are version controlled and are only applied after testing
• All modifications are listed in the history document
