CTL’s ImmunoSpot® kits and detection reagents offer you the ability to reliably detect rare antigen-specific T cells and/or B cells.
All of CTL’s kits have been optimized with serum-free media to reduce variability and eliminate the need for blocking steps.
The ImmunoSpot® test kits are specifically optimized to achieve maximal sensitivity. This is crucial for detecting and analyzing the secretory footprint of individual T and B cells.
CTL’s multiplexed ELISPOT/FluoroSpot T cell kits are suited for optimal detection and analysis of both CD4+ and CD8+ subpopulations. Learn More.
CTL’s serum-free media platform includes freezing, thawing, testing media and has been formulated for low background and high antigen-specific signal performance in T cell ImmunoSpot® assays. Learn More.
CTL offers PBMC with pre-defined properties for assay development. Such samples serve as invaluable positive controls and reference samples for assay validation. Learn More.

Antibody levels weakly correlate with memory B cells for SARS-CoV-2, influenza, and Epstein–Barr virus. Direct monitoring of memory B cells is necessary for accurate immune assessment.
Reliable T cell immune monitoring requires assessing PBMC functional fitness using universal controls for CD8+ and CD4+ T cells and APCs, addressing potential variables.

All kits should be stored at 4-8°C. Non-pre-coated plates can be stored at room temperature and B-Poly-S should be removed from B-cell kits, preferably aliquoted for single use and stored at -20°C.
All kits come with a minimum of a 6-month expiration date.
