Neutral dyes are used to tag different antigens, and the Reagent Tracker™ Software analyzes and reports whether 1. the right antigen/color has been plated in each assigned well (revealing qualitative pipetting errors) and 2. whether the antigen is present in the right volume (revealing quantitative pipetting errors), making the software ideally suited for proficiency testing of lab personnel, and for training of less experience lab members.
