As pioneers in the immune monitoring arena, our Contract Research Laboratory (CRO) Service team has more than a decade of expertise in using multicolor flow cytometry assays and analysis to perform phenopotyping immune cell populations, either as a standalone service or in conjunction with other immunoassays.
Our CRO has developed and validated various flow-based assays for pharmaceutical and biotechnology Clients. We have successfully deployed such optimized, high-throughput assays for clinical trials (Phase I, II, and III) and for translational and preclinical studies.
Our Suite of Flow Cytometry Services
Our expert services in flow cytometry include phenotyping of immune cells, intracellular cytokine staining (ICS), and tetramer/pentamer peptide-binding evaluations. We also perform cytometric bead array (CBA) for measuring multiple analytes (multiplex cytokine readouts) and use validated CBA panels for testing human IL-6, IL-8, IL-10, IL-17, IFN-γ, TNF, MCP-1 (CCL2), and Mig (CXCL9) in serum, plasma, or cell culture supernatants.
