Pooled ePBMC®

Pooled cryopreserved PBMC are offered for any application that requires pooled, functional PBMC.

Pooled from even number of healthy male and female donors. All donors are prescreened and selected to meet strict guidelines - no NSAIDS administered for one week and no steroids for one month prior to aphaeresis. Independent functionality tests were performed to measure responses to endotoxin, lipoteichoic acid and peptidoglycan by ELISA to ensure a low background, high response characteristic.

Plasma matching PBMC available in both 0.5ml(Cat# PLASMA-05, $50) and 10ml(Cat# PLASMA-10, $600) aliquots.

All processing media used during PBMC isolation and cryopreservation are tested for pyrogens by the Monocyte Activation Test.
