Kit-Scanning Service — Plate Scanning & Counting
This service is ideal for customers who are exploring ELISPOT/FluoroSpot assays but who haven’t yet committed to purchasing an ImmunoSpot® Analyzer. You run your ELISPOT/FluoroSpot assays in your own laboratory, using our Kits or another suppliers, then ship the completed plates to CTL. We scan them on an ImmunoSpot® Analyzer and provide full data evaluation performed by our scientific team. ScAnalysis™ is ideally designed for ImmunoSpot® Kit users who want reliable results, fast turnaround, and access to consult for expert guidance during assay setup, refinement, or troubleshooting.
Service Overview
- Scanning of developed assay plates: 96-well and 384-well (other plate types, please inquire)
- Automated spot/colony/feature counting with manual verification
- Exportable results and images for downstream analysis
How It Works
- Submit quote request
- Download kit scanning services form, fill it out, and include in shipment of plates (including plate layout).
- Ship dry plates (overnight, include cold packs for fluorescent plates when shipping in hot weather).
- Scanning & Counting
- Automated plate scanning and counting
- Personalized QC for every plate to verify accuracy
- Delivery & Turnaround Time
- Results returned via secure download within one week
- Image formats: overview TIFF/ JPEG images
- Data formats: XLS, FCS
- Plates can be returned if a FedEx number is provided on kit scanning service form and/ or FedEx label is sent.
Contract Laboratory Scanning & Analysis Services
This service is designed for customers who require regulated processing, secure data handling, and/or record retention for their ELISPOT/FluoroSpot studies. You run your assays in your own laboratory and send the completed plates to our CRO facility, where they are scanned and analyzed under controlled conditions. The CRO is suited for clinical, high-assurance, or compliance-driven projects that demand higher level of documentation and security.
