The BioSnap™ Macro is an advanced add-on or standalone system for rapidly measuring viral plaques, focus-forming and colony-counting bioassays in 6-well plates or Petri dishes. Compatible with the ImmunoBot™ automated plate-loading system, the BioSnap™ Macro can be operated in a fully-automatic mode to scan and analyze up to 400-plates in a single run. This space-saving device can fit virtually anywhere with minimal effort, while its variable-intensity software-controlled top+bottom white light sources readily produces publication-quality images. Powered with CTL’s AI-based IntelliCount engine, the BioSnap™ Macro can image and analyze full plates within a minute, regardless of complex shapes, backgrounds, artifacts or clumping.

ImmunoSpot® Single-Color ELISPOT Enzymatic Software Suite
The spot counting accuracy of the ImmunoSpot® Single-Color ELISPOT Enzymatic Software Suite is based on rigorous experimental validation. This software implements “a single click of a button” counting algorithm based on 25 years of leading scientific expertise in ELISPOT. In “expert” mode, this software enables scientists to modify any counting parameter and to perform high content analysis based on spot sizes and morphologies, for example, to establish cell productivity and affinity distributions of antigen-specific B cells. BioSpot™
Immune monitoring efforts frequently involve measuring serum antibodies' efficacy in neutralizing viruses, bacteria or toxins. ImmunoSpot® readers fully support such high throughput measurements, including colony counting. Each type of colony or viral plaque has unique morphologies requiring specialized image analysis solutions. The BioSpot™ Software Suite has been established to meet this challenge. The BioSpot™ Software can distinguish and count independently objects/colonies of up to 12 different visible colors with white light illumination.
