Position Description:
We are a well-established market leader in the immune monitoring field and we are seeking a talented individual to become an integral part of our Sales Team. This is an opportunity to work with highly motivated colleagues in a science-oriented, creative and dynamic environment. We are seeking a consistent, high performer with proven selling skills to join our Kits Division.

As the Technical Sales Representative you will be responsible for:
  • Soliciting and closing sales across CTL’s product portfolio with particular emphasis on providing revenue-generating solutions for new and existing customers
  • Providing excellent customer service by following through with prompt solutions to all customer inquiries
  • Traveling offsite for demos, sales/service visits, conference/exhibition attendance, installations/trainings, and wet labs
  • Effectively working and communicating with other departments such as technical support, marketing, customer service, and business operations
  • Rigorously documenting communications and keeping up to date the customer relationship management (CRM) database
  • Providing assistance in the development of marketing materials
Position Qualifications:
  • BS required (MSc preferred) in Immunology, Cell Biology, or a related scientific field
  • Hands on experience in an academic or biotech laboratory setting
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales or related field
  • Highly motivated and capable of working effectively as part of a dynamic team to accomplish team objectives
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to travel both domestically as well as internationally and ability to obtain a valid passport
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize and meet deadlines
