Capture kits
This ImmunoSpot® Capture kit includes diluents, serum-free assay medium and either capture antibodies for each cytokine and low autofluorescence PVDF-membrane plates or pre-coated low autofluorescence PVDF-membrane plates.
Detection kits
This ImmunoSpot® Detection kit contains detection antibodies and fluorochrome conjugates that bind to the secreted cytokine of interest. The fluorochrome conjugates contain proprietary dye systems for fluorescence detection of the specific cytokine by scanning and analyzing the emitted wavelength of the fluorochrome(s) using an ImmunoSpot® fluorescent Analyzer.
