This ImmunoSpot® kit contains PVDF-membrane plates, diluents, capture antibody, detection reagents, colorimetric substrates and a polyclonal B cell stimulator (Mouse B-Poly-S™) that promotes differentiation of B cells into antibody-secreting cells (ASC) capable of producing IgA, IgG or IgM.
