CTL-Test™ Medium

Formulated for direct ex vivo testing of PBMC in cellular cytokine assays (ELISPOT, ELISA, CBA, CPA), while showing an equal or better performance than pre-screened, non-mitogenic serum batches.

A variety of saturated and unsaturated fatty acids and buffers are used in a proprietary composition to provide a physiologically complete and nutritionally balanced environment for PBMC.

Each batch of CTL-Test™ Medium is thoroughly tested for high performance in addition to standard quality assurance procedures.

CTL-Test™ Medium is a buffered, serum-free solution containing injection-grade water supplemented with amino acids, vitamins, inorganic salts, and HSA in a proprietary composition to provide a nutritionally complete and balanced environment for PBMC. Slight fluctuations in pH might occur resulting in change of color – however, such changes do not affect the medium’s performance.
