The spot counting accuracy of the ImmunoSpot® Single-Color ELISPOT Enzymatic Software Suite is based on rigorous experimental validation. This software implements “a single click of a button” counting algorithm based on 25 years of leading scientific expertise in ELISPOT. In “expert” mode, this software enables scientists to modify any counting parameter and to perform high content analysis based on spot sizes and morphologies, for example, to establish cell productivity and affinity distributions of antigen-specific B cells.
